Beckford’s White Pearl Coconut Rum

25% ABV

Think of Blue sky, white sand and a glass of Beckford’s delicious Coconut Rum. Made from young coconuts and the finest white Rum, this exotic drink is silky smooth and leaves you wanting more. Best served neat on the rocks or as a Champagne Colada, Champagne or Prosecco, splash of cream/coconut milk, pineapple juice over crushed ice garnished with a slice of Pineapple.

Beckford’s Folly Caramel Rum

40% ABV

For those who appreciate the great taste and enjoy a kick in their drink, retaining the same great flavour as the original Caramel Rum serve this neat over ice or enjoy as a long drink with a splash of Appletizer, or a hot toddy with spiced cider served warm.

Espresso Folly Rum Martini

40% ABV

Put the Folly Rum and freshly brewed espresso into a lidded cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Using hot espresso helps to create a creamy head on the cocktail. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until well-chilled, then strain into the glasses. Top with 3 coffee beans pour, garnish and enjoy.

Black Pearl Spiced Rum

40% ABV

A great drink with lots of flavour, smooth finish, can be enjoyed neat or add a splash of ginger ale, ginger beer or coke, finish with ice and a slice.

Pineapple Rum

Pineapple Rum

A delicious drink, perfect mix for cocktails or as a long summer drink. Mix with pineapple juice, Coconut water, lemonade, tonic, ginger ale, coconut rum add a sprig of mint, slice of orange.

Caramel Rum

Our biggest seller, a smooth rum blended with caramel, deliciously smooth on the pallet even those who don’t drink try it and like it,  its best enjoyed neat over ice, poured over ice cream, add to crepes, deserts, hot chocolate, as a hot toddy as a warm drink with cider apple juice etc.

Beckford’s Pina Colada

65% ABV

The ultimate tropical drink made with Beckford’s delicious cask strength Tropical Maroon Rum. The rum’s natural coconut and pineapple notes make it a natural fit for this classic.

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Tropical Maroon Rum, 1.5 oz Cream of Coconut (or coconut cream), 4 oz Pineapple Juice, Ice.
    • Method: Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth, or shake vigorously in a cocktail shaker and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.

Beckford’s Mai Tai

65%  ABV

A classic cocktail using multiple rums and orange liqueur, which will complement the orange and caramel hints of Beckford’s Tropical Maroon Rum.

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Beckford’s Tropical Maroon Rum, 1 oz Orange Curaçao (or Cointreau/Triple Sec), 0.5 oz Orgeat (almond) syrup, 1 oz fresh Lime Juice, 0.25 oz Simple Syrup (optional, to taste).  Enjoy!

Beckford’s Zombie

65% ABV

A strong tiki cocktail that typically uses a mix of rums. Our delicious overproof Tropical Maroon Rum can provide a significant portion, if not all, of the base spirit.

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Tropical Maroon Rum, 0.5 oz Lime Juice, 0.25 oz Grenadine, 0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup, a dash of Aromatic Bitters, 1 oz Pineapple Juice, 1 oz Orange Juice.
    • Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig, orange slice, or cherry.

Jungle Bird

65% ABV

A unique tiki drink where the bitter Campari balances the sweet tropical flavours.

    • Ingredients: 1.5 oz Beckford’s Tropical Maroon Rum, 0.5 oz Campari, 2 oz Pineapple Juice, 0.5 oz fresh Lime Juice, 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup (or simple syrup).
    • Method: Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
